My Spices Land, a SARL (French limited liability company) with share capital of €3,000, registered with the Nice Trade Register under number 990 528 275, with registered office at 1 Rue du Malonat, 06300 Nice (hereafter “we”, “our”, “us”).

  • creating a customer account;
  • placing an order;
  • subscribing to our newsletter;
  • using the contact or quote request form;

Data related to your customer account is kept for the duration of your account, then archived for 3 years from your last connection, unless a longer legal obligation applies (notably accounting: 10 years for invoices).

Browsing data (cookies) is kept for a maximum of 13 months.
